During the first year of the Logic project, one of the activities was to conduct a deep study of the industry training needs (Demand) and the capacities and offerings of the Higher Education Institutions (Supply) in the three countries: Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia.

As a result of this analysis, the project consortium developed a SWOT Analysis comparing the results obtained in the three countries.

This document served as a good starting point to promote discussion and interaction in order to foster cooperation and identification of good practices.

The partners were in charge of organise three National Workshops to discuss strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the lifelong learning concept in the southern neighbouring area with a special focus on youth employability.
The National workshops counted with the participation of not only Higher Education Institutions, but also Ministries of Higher Education and other important stakeholders that could play an important role on this important issue.
